How can I contact your couriers?

 

After providing phone number, email or Instagram ID to us, our staff members will contact you through WhatsApp, email or Instagram direct. You could also use Whatsapp, email or Instagram direct to query.

How do I return an item?

 

Please contact us through Instagram direct, Whatsapp or email. We will have a commissioner to follow up with you.

 

After I received the package, I found that the goods were inconsistent with the order. What should I do?

How do I track my order?

 

After your order is shipped, we will send you a text message containing the logistics information of the goods you purchased and the link to SF Express. You can click on the link to track the products you purchased,

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We use SF to pay, customers need to provide SF pick-up location code and address through our Google Form.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We are sorry to inform you that our shopping region only cover Hong Kong.
